Heart of Valentine’s Day…

14 February 2020… Today is Valentine’s Day which is about the heart…To me it means that I have survived to see another Valentine’s Day after having my heart stopped and repaired. There are individuals with Cardiac illness who do not get a second chance, I was lucky enough to have another go at life so decided to share my journey in the hope that it will help and support those that suffer with issues of the heart…Remember life is a gift… embrace it…Give it a try, you have nothing to lose…
