12 March 2020… The AVR journey I am undergoing is not like anything I have experienced in my somewhat long and diverse life… Today has been one of tiredness and lack of interest in what is going on around me…The only highlight today has been the CAT passing it’s annual MOT without any issue… I have managed a walk to the shopping centre and a short walk with my mate Alfie… not much interest in anything else…
