Rehab Rules…

16 March 2020… On a day that many people are now housebound due to self isolation or are “working from home” I decided to end my isolation for 2 hours and attend the Monday session of Cardiac Rehab. A smaller number of fellow rehabiteers showed up but enough for some banter and exercise… A full hour and I can assure you that I felt the effort when I got back to my cave. The rest of the day will be spent indoors with Charlie the cat and Alfie, both will be sleeping so very little company… Perhaps a film this evening, I am looking forward to another boring day tomorrow… Stay safe and remember… Let’s be careful out there!!!
